MUSIC IS OUR BUSINESS – THE WORLD OUR MARKET

Music & Sales Professional Equipment GmbH markets innovative products – developed and manufactured in St. Wendel, Germany, by our sibling company Stamer Musikanlagen GmbH – across the globe.

At home in Germany, we distribute our HK Audio and Hughes & Kettner branded products directly to our nationwide dealership network, which also branches over to Austria. Abroad, we work with distributors who sell to their dealer networks around the world. Our sales team supports more than 150 dealers and 90 wholesalers in over 80 countries.

ENGAGED OWNERS

Our family business thrives on face-to-face interaction and effective communication. Company founders Hans and Lothar Stamer are always available to answer questions.

Musicians make up 80% of our workforce, which in turn is made up of teams that collaborate closely. Our management keeps the communication lines direct, the channels open and the dialog flowing. And we always put our customers and their concerns first. This is what makes us such an agile, responsive and efficient organization.

CREATIVE, FAST, DIRECT – MARKETING, STAMER-STYLE

Our professional marketers join forces with our sales team, pooling their skills and interacting on an equal footing to support one another with the customer in mind.

These two teams not only work hand in hand, figuratively speaking. The marketing department also benefits from the sales force’s real-world experience in the market. They funnel customers’ feedback back to us so we can put our partners’ ideas into practice.

Everything stems from a single source. Our marketers produce and deliver videos, pictures of products and promotional campaigns across all our advertising channels, and coordinate promotional campaigns for our international distribution network.

SALES PARTNERS – OUR EMISSARIES

Our sales forces at home and abroad are HK Audio and Hughes & Kettner brand ambassadors. They maintain excellent relations with fellow professionals across an industry network that extends far and wide. We have these specialists to thank for our enduring bonds with customers in well-stocked music stores and distributors across the globe.

PROFESSIONAL, YET PERSONAL

Our sales team in Germany and Austria serves over 150 partners. Teaming up with customers, our field reps develop in-store strategies to better showcase and sell our HK Audio and Hughes & Kettner brands.

Retailers count on us for advice and support. This is why our specialists are so keen to keep an eye on developments, an ear open for the latest advances, and a finger on the pulse of our markets. We often bring in outside experts to host audio workshops for our sales force.

FROM ST. WENDEL OUT INTO THE WORLD

Based in St. Wendel, our international team serves some 90 distributors worldwide, assisting our business partners in sales, marketing and technical matters.

Our distributors join forces with us to develop marketing campaigns tailored to each country. Such premium promotional projects trains the spotlight on our products, casting our offers in the light they deserve to be seen. Distribution partners then adopt these messages to suit their markets.

Our local footprint is a big part of all this. International sales managers represent the HK Audio and Hughes & Kettner brands at trade fairs abroad and organize product training for our local retail partners. For good reason: it takes technical knowledge to sell sophisticated products, which is why we are so keen to share our knowledge.

AUDIO SOLUTIONS THAT SET THE TONE

Customers look to our Concert Sound line for different reasons. Some are production companies that stage live shows. Others are system integrators who install PAs. Our HK Audio Professional division understands all their needs. These technical experts stage product demonstrations, advise customers looking to buy a professional audio system, and answer questions that crop up during the sound tech’s working day.

We want our users to be in a position to make the most use of their audio tools. Our experts draw on a deep well of experience to impart this knowledge in workshops. We also call on eminent audio experts to help us train all our stakeholders.

MAKING SURE THE SHOW GOES ON

People cherish our products; companies value them. Many are reluctant to part with equipment they have come to count on. This is why our service team is called upon to do more than merely support our many retail partners worldwide. They are the backbone of a service network that also provides advice and support to users across the globe.

Our service office staff and the experienced technicians in our in-house repair shop make sure repairs go smoothly. Customers can order spare parts from our online service shop, which also offers exploded drawings of our products online. The service team’s job is to get musicians around the world back out on stage – quickly and with minimum fuss. This applies to brand new products as well as to hardwearing collector’s items from the 1980s.

„So stellt das Team sicher, dass Musiker in der ganzen Welt schnell wieder “on stage” sind. Das gilt für brandaktuelle Produkte ebenso wie für langlebige Liebhaberstücke aus den 80-ern.“ Is it really a good idea to suggest that the service team may have to take action to get brand-new products back out on stage? You’re saying that your products may not work properly out of the box…
